Hi everyone! This is my first post so I hope I am doing this right! I found several Coach bags while thrifting the last few weeks and I would like to have them authenticated if possible. This is the one I have with me today.

I found the bag while thrifting and don’t have a link or item name or anything. So I’m not sure I could follow that format.

Just post your photos and as much info you have (measurements of the bag, etc).

From the thread:

If the bag in question is not on an auction site, please use the following:

Item Name (if you know it):
Link (if available):
Then attach any photos (all authentication must include photos.)
  • Please be sure to include a clear readable photo of the creed stamp and serial number from inside the bag or accessory if there is one, and the bag's measurements when the bag is an older or vintage leather Coach.
  • Since mid-2014, Coach stopped putting serial numbers on creeds so in newer bags where the creeds don't have serial numbers, we also need to see pictures of the labels/tags from inside the bag. They are either both in the main open part sewn into the seam of the lining, or one might be buried deep inside the zipper pocket. One shows where made and the other has a serial number.

First problem is that you're posting in the wrong forum. The Authenticate thread is in the Coach SHOPPING forum. Please post any and all future authentication requests here, the first post explains the format:
https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/authenticate-this-coach-see-first-post-for-format.889527/

Normally we'd just ask you to re-post your question there, but for now please remember the correct forum for the future. Since your post includes something I've been trying to find for 10 years I'll make an exception and not ask you to post everything again

As for your bag...
It's genuine, a Soft Signature Zoe Hobo style 6070 made in 2002. And THANK YOU for managing to get a close-up of the RIRI zipper! I had the same bag and it took me quite a bit of bending and twisting with a small mirror and even smaller flashlight just to be able to read the zipper name, much less take a photo of it! It's one of the few Coach lines that used that zipper brand, and adds to the proof that all those so-called authenticity guides that say "real Coaches only used YKK zippers" are full of horse poop. I even specificaly mention RIRI as one of the many different zipper brands Coach used in my Salearea Guide on the YKK Zipper Myth, I recommend reading this entire thread for a lot of very useful information:

I hope you don't mind if I copy and keep your photos for my files? And thank you for providing proof that I wasn't seeing things all those years ago.

Sheesh! I had a feeling I did it wrong. Thank you so much for answering anyway. Sure!! You can copy the photos! I’ll be sure to figure out where to post from now on as I have a few more bags to show! Thank you again!!! Any idea how much that bad cost originally?

It listed for $258 in the Spring 2002 catalog.
