Was browsing Etsy bags and found this. The style is definitely similar to a Balenciaga city. She has distressed and non-distressed lambskin, even some bright colors. If you're a fan of the look but not the hardware, or can give it up in exchange for a better price, this could be a good option. I'm very tempted to order one and see what the quality is like!

Oh, I want a Roady SO MUCH and there is a Brick Red one on EBay right now that is KILLING ME!! Glad to know there are other options than complete decimation of my bank account.
I don't have pictures, but Lederer makes gorgeous, well crafted bags - many of which have the same feel as Hermes.
Its still $$$-$$$$ but that's better than $$$$-$$$$$!

This next one is an oldie 'separated at birth' comparison, and you might remember it was the subject of much discussion at the time. There are still loads of old internet discussions you can read about each bag's merits/whether the SbC really cuts it etc etc. All I can add, is that I absolutely loved my Ring Around and wore it into the ground. Mine had a longer strap than the one shown. Both bags are still readily available on eBay etc...
