Oh no what's wrong with them?

Thanks for asking. I just posted this in another thread. Specifically, the metal anchor of the leather chain bow on the front of the left shoe sticks out from outside to inside of the leather, pricking my toe when I put it on. I’ve attached two more photos of this. Not sure if this is something that can be easily fixed by a cobbler and am still deciding whether I should keep or return these. ☹️

Wow that's not good, I'd be concerned about it creating a hole there over time , plus hurting your foot is not good.
