Hi
@Sylly, I just wanted to commend your choice to buy at the Neiman Marcus store! I also have a question about your experiences.
I love the CHANEL experience within the boutiques but lately, they have started keeping lines of people outside their doors, waiting, just to enter.
Before the various lockdowns, it wasn’t like that at all.
Did you experience any waiting time and/or lines to enter the Cannes CHANEL Boutique?
I purchased the scarf, sandals and eyeglasses from the Milan Boutique on Via Sant’Andrea and we were in line for over 40 minutes.
The boutique was considerate in that they brought everyone in the line bottled water several times, but it was very hot outside.
Last week we were in Beverly Hills and wanted to shop at the Rodeo Drive CHANEL Boutique, especially when we saw that there wasn’t a long line outside.
Nonetheless, CHANEL SA’s informed us that without an “appointment” there would be a 45 minute wait.
At least the Rodeo Drive location has a nice, fairly shaded area where there are even a few seats. The Milan location has none of that….just standing on the sidewalk hoping for some shade.
Nonetheless, after the 40+minute wait in Milan, we had no intention of waiting another 45 minutes in Beverly Hills heat, so we just went shopping at our other favorite boutiques on Rodeo Drive.
So again, my hat’s off to you for your wise choice to buy CHANEL from Neiman Marcus!
No waiting outside. No lines. Seemless, air conditioned and fun, and rightfully so.
Are there any other CHANEL lovers who have experienced long lines and long waiting times to enter a CHANEL Boutique? And does anyone have any tips on how to avoid the long wait? (Other than making an appointment, per se.)
TIA
