Attention: STOLEN Birkin 30 verso Shiny Croc Porosous (Noir outside, Blue Saphire on the inside)

My Birkin 30 verso (Noir outside, Blue Saphire on the inside) in Shiny Croc Porosous has been stolen from my home in the South of France during the holidays. While we were actually home! Very brazen thieves. Other items were stolen as well.

Unfortunately, police has not been very helpful or hopeful about finding the thieves. However, I am hoping that maybe one of you will spot it on the re-seller website. Please let me know if you see anything like that pop-on anywhere. I am in the process of contacting them all.

Unfortunately, since I travelled with the bag, a copy of the original cites was inside the bag. If it’s being offered for resell, the receipt will bear German address and German last name. Perhaps one of you will spot it. Please let me know. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are some pictures for your reference. I will be contacting all the re-sellers. Any other tips on what else I could do in this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I am so sorry to hear this. I would alert Hermes in case someone tries to send it to the spa or authenticate it. Alert all the auction houses as well. Ask your insurance company what else they recommend.

I second this. See if Hermes can issue it to their global stores too. Usually when bags are in limited quantities such as yours, criminal syndicates will attempt to move them out of the country for sale.

I’m so sorry to hear this. I hope the bag is recovered and returned to you quickly with no damage. I also hope the thieves are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Hello, I believe I saw this Birkin in a Facebook group for sale. A member made a post saying someone was selling a lot of Hermes bags for $30,000. There were two black Birkins, a Kelly etoupe, and a green bag. I will do my best to find the post again.

It may have been "CHANEL Luxury addicts - buy and sell". It was earlier this week or possibly last week. I remember the poster asked if the bags were legitimate because of the amount for cost. The comments were laughing at the listing and making remarks about the background. The purses were all on the floor, there were two photos of two dimly lit rooms with an air mattress and dirty carpet.

The listing was deleted by the time it was posted here. It was in an Hermes BST group. I do not believe the picture included your bag, in fact I’m 99% sure all the bags shown were replicas.

@MaryAndDogs I'm very sorry to read what's happened. I went searching haven't found anything yet. Did you tell Hermes? Although your B looks in prestine condtion, maybe H can be on the alert if your B is sent to spa for cleaning or request the hw to be changed? Just some thoughts.
