Asking the experts re: Pinnacle bags

This bag came in the dark brown as well as a grey. I have both and love them. The strap is actually quite comfortable and very similar to a line of bags that Coach made in 2007--the Bleecker line. They're big, they're on the heavy side and the tassel is almost ridiculously large but they are unusual and beautiful. I won't part with mine.

ETA: sad to say I no longer love the square corners. It was referenced above that they show wear, more so than other bags. For that reason, I only use these sparingly but I may be over-thinking the problem.

I remember this bag. It was very heavy. Pinnacle and Elevated were both terms that were used similar to the way "1941" has been used recently. It was a higher priced line than the regular line, with more details on the bags. It was definitely a boutique bag. There were Kristins, hobos, Carries, in the line (amongst other styles) so I would say around 2012ish date wise. It is just my preference, but I never buy a bag without all the "stuff" it's supposed to come with, even if I don't end up using that "stuff". For me it's about having the option to resell the bag if I want to at some point. (although I no longer resell my bags and tend to give them away these days  )
I'm of the same mind generally, as I do resell a lot of my bags.

Hmmm, I'll keep that in mind re: corners. One thing I like about brown and black bags is that you can usually touch up any small bits quite successfully.

Not these, I'm afraid. I've never had this particular duffle but if it was made the same way as the other Legacy duffles, I've never gotten any colorant to stick when I just did the corners. I did once repaint an entire duffle but that was after soaking it in hot water with RIT dye, so the hot water may have made it more receptive to the leather dye. I wouldn't recommend hot water though as it completely removed all the edge coating and caused the brown bits of the removed edge coating to stain the bag.

Yikes, have you tried Vernis leather paint?

No I haven't. I wonder if it would work better.
It's worked well for me but I've never tried on a Coach bag. I've used coloured shoe cream as well in the past which works quite well to even out colour if the damage isn't too great, and is a little more forgiving if you don't have an exact colour match.

The ladies are correct This is all 3 names. It's from the Legacy Line from 2012. It's made of pinnacle leather and the name of the bag is Bohemian Duffle I have it and love it.
