Exactly. I fell in major love with Sydney Evans' wood/diamond bracelets but they are like $700 each! Ouch. So I found some cute crystal beads at the bead shop for cheap as well as plain wooden ones and just strung them on elastic.... same look, for about $5.

so... I tried to make my own bracelets out of beads i bought at a craft store.
I bought a stretchable string and used my the charms of the bracelet that I don't use anymore. It's not really the same thing but it's close ;)
