She did a great job portraying Kat on Nickelodeon, but I can't say I'm a huge fan of her music. Her voice is ok, but it's nothing spectacular IMO.

I know she said her hair is damaged from all the bleaching and coloring for the tv show so that's why she's wearing extensions, but hers just look ratty.

She is very cute. Her show opener along with Jessie J and Nicki Minaj was fantastic, as was her solo effort - I'm impressed at how much her 'live' voice sounds like her 'recorded' voice ... that's often not the way.

Yeah,aside from some whisper notes here and there they don't sound anything alike. I think the comparisons come from that fact that it's super obvious Mariah has had a huge influence on her Ariana's music and the way she sings.

Ariana has a great voice but I can never understand what she's saying :/ I need her to enunciate.

Something about this girl reminds me of Christina Aguilera back in the day. Her mannerisms when she performs or something. I just want her to change that damn hair up!! It isn't cute and makes her look even younger. Which isn't what she needs IMO.
