Are the sweet Alhambra earrings comfortable for everyday wear?

Has anyone recently gotten the posts of their sweet Alhambra studs replaced with the thinner ones? Are the thinner posts also longer? Been hearing that it’s complimentary to swap them out up to a certain time from purchase but then also hear that there is a $180 cost…?

So I got mine replaced for free a couple years ago but when I got my lotus earrings at the end of 2023, I mentioned I did it with the sweets and the SA said there was a charge now for them

Just received Sweet MOP today and found them hard to insert. The post seems to be thicker than what I'm used to wearing and honestly quite uncomfortable. I have small/thin earlobes and thought these would be the perfect size. They're bigger than what I expected, heavier and hard to put on. Wondering if I should ask about changing to a thinner post or exchange/return for something more comfortable. I had them on for less than 15 minutes and my ears are sore and inflamed.

Exact same thing for me. I was told I couldn't replace the post on the sweet size. Ended up returning them.

One ear hole got sore from my onyx sweets so I took it out for less than a week and put back my diamond solitaire thinner post studs to give ear a rest to heal soreness. Then a second time. Now, I wear them 24/7, love them.

Keep them safe in case until it heals then try on a week later. If you need more rest do another week. If you think it won’t get better than return them or get advice from e-boutique.

If you like the earrings, you can have the posts changed to thinner ones. I had inquired about replacing the posts and was told it’d be about $180.

The posts are also thicker than what I normally wear so when I first got them, my ears were also sore after a few hours of wear. I also have to “wiggle” them in and out of my piercings. But after wearing them once/twice a week for a few weeks, I found my ears weren’t that sore or uncomfortable anymore so I’ve been holding off on getting the posts swapped out since I may not need to.

Thank you all for chiming in. I just tried them again and cannot get them through. I think I'll take your advice @hers4eva and put them away for a week or so then try again. The pictures of your Sweet Onyx inspired me to order a pair of Sweets for myself.
Fingers crossed that works out for you :hugs:
My ear got so sore that I had to wiggle, go in crooked to get to the other side of the hole, it was like my hole moved but it didn’t, just had to heal. Put some kind safe cream on the hole to help it heal. Then put on your old studs. I also would spin my old studs around so the posts would not attach to my skin healing.

Thank you regarding my sweets picture

Hope to see you share happy pictures wearing them in a couple of weeks ❤️

You can definitely get them swapped out (I did this) at a cost. They're a very versatile earring, so hopefully you can make them work for you.
