I've found that the "normal" backings are the best, especially if you put one of those clear rubbery things behind it, which you can get at a crafts store. They don't fall off. I am not a person that leaves them in 24/7 but on the rare occasion I've slept in a pair, this is the only way I trust them to stay in.
Are screw backings best for diamond studs if I want to wear them 24/7 ?
