Looks authentic to me, retail price in USA was about $180.-185 not including tax,I am not sure if they are still available.

The link does not work. I would like to see a detailed photo of the tarnished areas. It depends on how old the bracelet is and how much it was worn, though I will say that none of mine are tarnished and I've worn some of them to death for many years.
