Those agendas are virtually impossible to authenticate by pics alone. The seller appears to have sold authentic Hermes items in the past, the vibrato bag she currently has is definitely authentic. So I would assume that the agenda is authentic too.
BUT - and this is a big but - the agenda (and even more so the bag, poor thing) are not in pristine condition. So the question for you should be: for USD 80 more, you get a brand spanking new agenda straight from Hermes, with the entire Hermes shopping experience (walking down the street with orange shopping bag in hand or getting your item sent to you by Hermes). For 80 USD more you get a pristine item which is definitely authentic. I know what I would do.
