Item: Hermes Wow Black Lizard , Goldtone Hardware, Mint Cuff Cdc Bracelet
Listing Number: SKU: MAL260850933
Seller : Contessina

Comment : i have purchased n received this item. I compared it with my other cdcs n realised the stamping as per the last 2 pics in the listing differs. There is not a square around the year stamp, and Beside the stamp "paris", there is a "-" stamp. Is this correct? Thank you.

Hi

I have had a look at the photographs of this CDC braclet, as provided in the Malleries listing, but they are not really sufficient for the purpose of authentication ie too small/lack detail. We need to see close up, in focus photographs of the following areas to be able to examine the detail closely. The photographs of each area should be taken straight on/right way up and not at an angle.

1. Hermès engraving on the back of the hardware
2. Edge and stitching of the exterior
3. Edge and stitching of the interior
4. Lizard scales
5. End of interior with Blindstamp and Craftsman Id

I do not know if you have the item in your possession. When you do, please provide good quality photographs of the above areas and re-post your request with the additional photographs; include the auction information again. We can then take another look for you.

The '=' is the correct mark to denote Lizard hide. I am not sure about the Blindstamp, but there are inconsistencies with Hermès items of the same model. It looks more like the number 0 (zero) than the letter O. If you do not have the item yet, it may be that the Blindstamp is present (at the other end of the interior end of bracelet) but not included in the sellers photograph. I am not overly concerned about this at present.

Thank u fleursetcarlines for taking a thorough look n for explaining so much n your suggestion.

I do have the cdc wif me but unable to upload any photos now. Will do so in about a weeks time.

I do have a sanguine lizard cdc n the stamp next to "Paris" looks like this: "=". whereas the one on this black lizard is like this: "-".

There is also no other blind stamp at the other end of the bracelet.

Will definitely put up more pics for your examination next week. Thank you once again.

Hello

Sorry, my eyes are playing tricks on me this morning and you are quite right it is a '-' and not a '='. So it is bit of a mystery with the markings at present. I look forward to seeing your photographs next week.

Could anyone authenticate this chaine? I am having a heck of a time determining sizes on these bracelets.

Hello

I have had a look at the photographs of this CDA bracelet, as provided in the eBay listing, and I do not see any areas of concern. It is my view that it is authentic Hermès.

I've always struggled with the sizing of the CDA bracelets and I've owned a few. I would suggest that you verify with the seller the total length and the chain length between (not including) the T-bar and hoop closure to give you an idea of the fit. This type of closure means that you have to have 1-2 cm spare to be able to fit the T-bar through the hoop.

Hi

I have had a look at the photographs of this CDC braclet, as provided in the eBay listing, but they are not sufficient for the purpose of authentication ie lack detail/out of focus etc. We need to see close up, in focus photographs of the following areas to be able to examine the detail closely. The photographs of each area should be taken straight on/right way up and not at an angle.

1. Hermès engraving on the back of the hardware
2. Hermès Paris Made in France stamp on interior
3. Blindstamp and Craftman Id on interior
4. Edge and stitching of the exterior
5. Edge and stitching of the interior

If the seller is able to provide good enough photographs of the above, please re-post with the additional photographs and include the auction information again. We can then take another look for you.
