I have an Arcadia Color Block Monogram Embossed Patent Tote in Pink, Coral and Red. It's gorgeous. My only issue with Arcadia is that their leather straps eventually crack. They are still usable, but it's disappointing. I have looked at several used bags on eBay and the vast majority of the Arcadia listings noted cracking of the leather straps.
With that being, said I still love this brand!

TJ Maxx used to sell a lot of these back in the early 2000s and I loved them. I had a few. Very sturdy, pretty colors, good quality. I carried these before I knew anything about the LV Vernis line (which is what they look similar to). A few months ago I thought "I haven't seen an Arcadia bag in forever... wonder what happened..." and then I saw one at Marshall's (which is the same company as TJ Maxx, TK Maxx, Home Goods, etc) this month. Glad to see they are popping up again! They're very nice. They also make bags that aren't patent, but they're less common to pop up.
Just picked this up in the blue"OCEAN" COLOR.
Had never heard of Arcadia, but these are sooo light and you can fill them with so much stuff !
Do you still like these ?????????

That Blue is beautiful! I do still love mine and hope to find more colors. Yes they are very lightweight bags and I get alot of compliments on mine.
My straps do not fold down like yours.....
Is this bad ?? Or should i keep it???

I carry mine in the crook of my arm even tho the red mini one also has a long strap. So I don't think that would bother me at all if the straps didn't fold down. But only you know what you are most comfortable with. It is a very pretty bag and I would deffinately keep it!

I received a ocean blue patent Arcadia for Christmas and I absolutely adore it. The quality seems to be amazing and I can fit a lot of stuff in it. I've only seen them on ebay and at TJ's, it seems like they'll get a ton in and then they won't get more in for months and months. I am hoping to get another all patent one soon, I prefer that look to the ones with tan trim. The price point is amazing, I'm not sure what the retail price is before they go to TJ's. I've received more compliments on my Arcadia than any other bag I have. I even had a snobby acting older woman tell me it looked "very expensive"... Lol who says that to someone?
