Appalling Service from Gucci Sloane Street

I'm pleased they apologised, I find it really frustrating when people who work in these places especially high end retail stores feel they can be condescending and rude to their customers.
I worked in retail banking for over 20 years and yes some customers can be frustrating but you have to keep your professional face on keep smiling and then quietly scream in private. At the end of the day these people just work in a shop.
 
Pfffff.. well I am not surprised. I am in the midst of trying to replace a dionysus shoulderbg with a manufactured defect from luisaviaroma. Gucci say that they refuse to give me a replacement, or they say that they don't have any. (However, they have the exact same bag listed for delivery within 3-5 business days on their webstore..).

It has now been a month and they haven't even inspected the bag yet. However they have notified me that if they can't repair the bag, they will give me a refund. Haha what a joke. First of all, it is not acceptable that a customer should have to wait for 2-3 months for a repair of a newly purchased bag because it had a manufactured defect and they refuse to replace it. Second of all, I bought this bag before the price increase and with a 15% discount at luisaviaroma. With that said, 1436 euro. Now, instead of replacing my bag, Gucci want to give me a refund so I have to buy it for 1750 euro in their webstore. Such a joke. I believe it is even breaching EU regulations concerning defected items.

Gucci does obviously not value their customers..
