I am tempted by that one as well. I love unusual bags with flourishes and that one certainly fits the bill. Does your UPS dashboard show any shipments? One of my items shipping from store never updated, but I have a UPS delivery pending for Tuesday from the store fulfilling it. It hasn't left the store yet, pick-up I'm guessing is Monday and I'm 1 hr from the store, so will be next day. I'm guessing that's why I haven't received the "your order has shipped" email yet?I ordered my swagger and slgs a few days ago. Slgs shipped out from JAX but swagger still just says shipping from store but no tracking for it yet. Does it usually take awhile for a store to ship out?

Woohoo! Just got a shipping email! Its still not showing up in my UPS account though. Of course my UPS still shows my tea rose dakotah as out for delivery since yesterday though too, I'm hoping it's not lost. I've not had the greatest luck with UPS lately.
I'd think ship from store would fulfill quickly. I just had an order I placed via phone and while I receive notices from UPS, it doesn't show in MyChoice on the UPS website. Somehow the address used wasn't exactly my address - wrong apt # - so it doesn't connect it to my account in UPS MyChoice. Not sure how my address got changed since I didn't change it. I was at the outlet the other day and they had to place an order for me and she confirmed my address and it also had the wrong apt #. It is like it used part of my old phone number. I checked the Coach website and my address looks correct. S
UPS sometimes delivers on Sat here now. I've had packages that say it was out for delivery but really isn't. They explained to me that it can depend on the time the package was actually picked up at JAX/store vs when the label was created. If it missed that daily pickup, it won't go until the next day but the system never catches up with itself. Yes, very frustrating especially when you are deciding if you will be home to receive it or not and didn't have a signature required coded.Woohoo! Just got a shipping email! You know it's funny you say that about the address issue. When I signed up my the (5th?) FOS account, I added FRNT to the end of my address because I was trying to "trick" the system into thinking I was a new customer and not locking me out again lol. I also used my old work # because that was what blew in on the auto-fill and I didn't really see the need to fix it. Well the receipt(s) from my latest SAS purchases through my SA (who has my actual phone# and address) have this pseudo-made up variation of my address with FRNT and my old work#. I had to call one store in CA, because not only did it have that variation, it was also missing a digit 510 vs 5101. My addresses are correct in my Coach.com account, but my FOS account (#5) has that other address. I just had a store order and somehow the apartment # on my account seems to have been changed from #3 to #233. I have a delivery coming on Mon but it doesn't show in my UPS account. I called the store and had them read me the address and this is what I found. I was at the outlet last week and they had to place a charge send for me and she confirmed my address with the same incorrect apt #. I'm not sure how it got changed. "233" used to be part of my old phone number. I went in to Coach.com to see my info and the address is correct but the old phone still listed. Who really knows what is going on??? I just started getting email alerts for ebay for things I never saved searches for. I'm not a Michael Kors fan but all of a sudden I'm getting alerts via email for them! I called ebay today since I finally had a chance to see if I somehow saved this search but see I did not. Sounded like ebay has had this issue with other accounts but they assured me my account is safe. Time to change the password I think!
