last week i saw a Bal bag in a Boutique but i really had no clue of which model it was. I weared it in front of the mirror just to see how did it look on me and i noticed that it was a mix between the city and the first, but with a long shoulder strap!! Now that i saw the pic if the olive one i think it was that bag!!! The only difference, if i'm right remembering, is that the bag i saw was in giant arena covered black, and it was wonderful!!! I hope to go to the boutique soon so i'll make some photos to put here on the forum!!

I'm loving the town style esp w/ the GH & longer strap to wear crossbody. First is too small for me, so this is a nice size. When will this style be available & are they making this in all 2010 colors? I can't wait to see it IRL, I better just hold on buying anything right now, I may buy this tyle for my next Bbag. I can't wait...

i asked my SA for the Town's dimensions. She said it is 10X7in which is smaller than a First! Soooo disappointed because I really want a messenger that is bigger than a First, but smaller than the City. I'm getting a Velo instead (13X11in).

really?? when i saw it in the boutique to me was quite similar to the city as dimensions (and obviousely bigger than the first). I have to go to the store soon and check it again cause now i'm really confused:thinkin:

yes, please! i'd love to get a confirmation because i really want to get a messenger. i tried out the velo and it's a little too big on me. but if the town is truly 10x7, then it's too small. i'd rather go a little big than too small.

i'd love to see comparison pics of the First, City, Town. someone posted a side by side comparison of City vs. Velo which is incredibly helpful.

why balenciaga can't release dimensions of upcoming bags is beyond me.

Yes, dimensions would be fab! If anyone could post any modeling pics that would be tremendous also. I'm hoping this bag is in fact between the first and the city. However, looking at the price point, it may not be.

Are you sure you saw the Town in the boutique? As far as we all know, it's not been released or in stores yet. Hmm.. would be cool if you could check it out with the store you were at!:D

if it helps, my SA said the Town is $1345 in classic hardware and $1695 in giant hardware. i think the price of the Velo is the same as the City ($1795 for giant).
