The nice SA told me at the time I got my Kelly that purchases at any airport is purely luck, but the policy for duty free is that they cannot keep stocks. So if u pass by, always go in and try to ask for anything u want except Birkin which they don't have.

I understand your request, dear! I was more responding to the other posts where people saying they were buying from HK duty free shops etc. These are just stores located at the airport but they are not duty free.

Actually, they ARE duty-free as are all shops in Hong Kong !Depends on which way you look at it...
