Anyone had scored a Birkin or Kelly in a Airport Dutyfree before?

I have tried searching for a thread on inputs of someone scoring a B or K in airport dutyfree shop, any airports? IF you did, what strategies to share? Is it the same as in FSH whereby it is a taboo to ask the moment you entered the shop? People said SA earned commission and also to build loyal customers but it is impossible to do that in an airport dutyfree right? Please share and TIA:D

I guess I'm the exception to the rule as I got my 28 Kelly Amazone at HKG dutyfree. I bought a Steeple tote first, picked it up on my way back home and then when I asked about other bags, the SA brought out the Kelly.

How long ago was that? Wow, no harm trying if I pass by HK in future. You must have been super lucky that day.

I remembered I read somewhere here that somebody posted to try our luck in airport dutyfree, that's why I posted this Q. But it is rare huh and so far only HKG. Gosh, I m not going there. Hope to have more people contributing here later:D Thanks everyone:D

I just passed through HK airport last week. Hit the dutyfree H store, the SAs were terribly nice and attentive to me, I asked if they had any bags in the back other than those on the display, and they apologetically told me no. I think it was true.
