Is the bag perfect for you in every other way? Do you love it otherwise? If so, why don't you consider keeping it? Unless you are planning to resale it, the snipped tag should not be a problem.

I don't know this seller, but some of the other posters have said that the tags can be snipped for samples, etc. The bag would still be authentic.

If it bothers you a lot, or you feel that you overpaid, then do return it of course. Pay Pal would be on your side because the bag is SNAD with a snipped tag. The seller may be angry about the white plastic tag, but it will not affect your Pay Pal case if you need to use them.

I think you should ask Seller right away if you can return the bag and tell seller that you snipped off the white tag. I actually don't agree with some of the other posters here. I am not sure that I would consider the snipped tag to rise to the level of significantly not as described. Should it have been disclosed - yes, I think so. When you say snipped, was the tag cut out entirely or just cut in two?

I think the fact that you took off the paper tag to be a potential problem. Seller can say that he sold you a bag that was clearly not used and was new with tags. With that paper tag gone, he can no longer satisfy a future buyer that the bag is in fact brand new and never used. To me, NWT is a different thing from NWOT.

But as Mistikat said, only the seller can respond to these questions for you. I hope this works out in the way that you want it to!
