Anyone else loving gold at the moment?

I have always been a silver girl and never bought gold jewelry. But recently I have become more attracted to gold jewelry. I love the gold necklaces with small charms that Jennifer Anniston & Lauren Conrad wear. Has anyone else out there started to love gold too?

^^^I love the look of silver/white metal and I think it looks good with my fair-medium(more medium) skin tone.

I have a gold pendant and I liked it but wasn't that happy with it being yellow gold but I tried it on the other day and love it! I think I am going to not limit myself to white metals because yellow gold seems to look good with my skin tone as well!

I am actually wanting to buy a gold pendant with a thin gold chain. The price of gold has gone up alot but tiffany's prices are pretty high for gold so I am considering lookng at local jewellers or buying a Helen Ficalora charm with chain or something from tiffany's.

I've always preferred yellow gold. I just love the way it gleams.

I used to wear strictly silver and white gold jewelry, but since receiving a spectacular 18k yellow gold ring a few years ago, I have slowly aquired more gold and two-tone pieces.

I think there is a richness in the look of yellow gold that just can't be matched by white metals like white gold, silver or platinum, especially in well-designed pieces. It has a very regal presence.

i only have gold jewllery (or platinum) either solid or as settings etc.
i adore all kinds of gold alloys yellow,rose,green,red,white,grey,black,brown,noble etc etc never got the appeal of silver but that is sooo personal

I love gold and have only got my Pandora neclace and bracelet which is silver (two tone).

I do wear a two tone TAG but mostly everything else is gold (except where it is white gold around diamonds in wedding set, pave diamond set pendants etc.)

Solid silver makes me look to washed out, plus I make it go black in only hours from my skin.

i could never wear silver.. i somehow tarnish it and it makes me itchy!! this makes my life more difficult when i make a jewelry purchase because i have to love it since gold costs more..

I prefer the look of white metal on my skin. Because of that I buy white gold more than anything. I am definately getting into yellow gold more lately, though.

When it comes to settings for gems, I still prefer white metal.
