The same question could be asked of the daughters!
It has been apparent for years that celebritys view their actions much differently than the general public does,this isn't considered abnormal behavior in the world they reside.
yup! brooke seems really sweet but her dad seems crazy! in hogan knows best, he had a tracking system on the car to make sure she was going where she said. He was way over protective but will let her run around in really skimpy trashy outfits!?
Not only is it wrong that he is putting lotion on her butt, but it's SICK that she is just laying there and allowing it!!!!

maybe you missed the photo with Hulk rubbing suntan lotion on the actual cheeks of his own daughter and them moving inward to that no-no spot?
I dont think any girl would want their father even down in that area!! ok, now I just put a sick mental picture in my head!!
