I just received the Hamilton E/W large tote in vanilla. I've always been a Coach girl and had my heart set on a LV. But today when we were at the Dallas Galleria, my husband had me try on the LV Neverfull to prove a point. He was right. It was flimsy and felt cheap, not worth the $1260 at all! We stopped by Coach but I felt...nothing. Then we stopped in Kors which I never really liked. We walked around and it was a pleasure to see my husband be soo picky and lead me around the boutique! What an eye opener! I couldn't decide between two so I told him we should stop by the outlet. First, I went to Coach outlet. They passed out 50% off coupons for Valentines; still not feeling it. All the handbags looked boring and very grandma-ish.
At the Kors outlet I found many I liked, but my husband pointed out styles and why and how i needed something to match everything I wear.
I went with vanilla for spring/summer. I'm in love!

I find that my husband likes Michael Kors the best of all my bags too! He is really into leather, being a biker and all! lol! And he really enjoys seeing me wear some of my Michael Kors leather bags, especially the ones with chains and studs on them, like my Astor bags and now, my new Chelsea.

Michael has some really cool styles to choose from, and so MANY of them! unlike many other brands that keep putting out the same old thing. Although Baglady showing me that Brahmin bag is making me look twice at them now.

A little gift to myself yesterday! DH kindly came with me and is now full versed in the difference between dark khaki v dark dune, medium v large Selma and NS v EW, after visits to 3 boutiques and one exchange!

Ohh how did I miss this thread?! Love everyone's V-day gifts! I already posted a reveal thread on her, but I'd figured I'd post here as well. Here's my contribution, Dillon E/W Satchel in Dark Red croc. Though I didn't really get her for Valentine's Day, she came right on time and she's the perfect color! :D

I am really liking these beautiful Red Dillions! Our forum friend Cdtracing has one too, that I've been drooling over! I am going to need a baby bib pretty soon! lol! NICE! And I just LOVE that silver hardware! That's funny because my MK Chelsea bag arrived today too, and it wasn't really a Valentines gift, but it sure felt like one! lol! What a perfect day to get an MK bag!

Thank you so much. It's not a life for everyone because it takes sacrifice from all involved. But I've always supported him with a glad & grateful heart. I'm proud of all our military personnel. :heart:

Looks like there would be ground for a catfight;). My favorites too;). Some men ( including my husband ) get even more handsome as the years go by:)

HaHa!! Don't sleep on those Brahmin bags. Every once in a while something made by them catches my eye!! That coral color just did it for me. It's close to the MK "watermelon" color but on steroids!! They are well made and I have a few that are several years old and still look new. They are pretty durable and "crocodile" or "gator" whether the real deal or embossed leather, NEVER seems to go out of style, just like snakeskin. I love my hamiltons, selmas etc..but there are so many other interesting bag brands to choose from it makes my life hard LOL!!!
