Any Gurhan fans?

Personally, I love earrings to no end. I wear them more than any other jewelry. While I usually am not a yellow gold person, I couldn't resist these.
I recently purchased a pair of earrings w. black diamonds (this is not my picture, btw but the stock photo from the store)

I am an earring person too and I love Gurhan earrings. I got a simple pair of gold hoops recently that I just love. I am going to see if I can find a picture of them.

Ok, I found an online pic of my hoops. I'm too lazy to go get my and take my own pic!!

The earrings are beautiful! Has anyone had any trouble with the part that goes into your piercing (post?) being too thick? I had a bad experience with some other 24K gold earrings that were not Gurhan. I have been afraid to even think about Gurhan's earrings because of that possibility.

One thing I did want to mention is that Gurhan pops up on Gilt every now and then. I've gotten 2 pairs of earrings from a Gilt sale.

i am a fan! i've been contemplating a few pieces, but i haven't plunged yet.

i love the "old world" crafted look of it - like you could see it in the renaissance jewelry collection at the met.

These are Gurhan's splash earrings

They are also called the "Angelina Jolie" earrings because she has been pictured wearing them. I find it hard to see the earrings in this picture because she is so darn beautiful!

Anyone own any Gurhan? Love the idea of 24k gold. If you own it, how do you feel about it? Would you buy again? Do you prefer it over 18k pieces by Tiffany or Cartier? Also, can anyone upload photos if you have any?

24 k in general is not good for daily wear..it will be too soft...im ok with 18 k but 24 k is better staying in jewelry box..maybe as necklace or earrings but never as a ring where it is at risk to being scratched..

I love the look of 24k gold.

I have a simple 24k hammered ring. Love it. It's got a nice weight to it and a good color.
