If you don't mind me asking, what price are these boots? I wonder do they go up to a size 43? Usually designers just go up to a 42 (some a 43), I'm a 42.5 so it's really annoying for me to get nice shoes! (Unless they are open-toe, then I'm grand but closed they are always a bit squishy on my toes!)

I bought mine last year in July, too.

Honestly I wasn't really in the mood of buying them given the 90+ degree weather. But I really don't want to miss them like what I did in the past years. 
Nuttynut, do you recommend any good leggins to go with them? I'm looking for some thin leggings, yet with good support around butt area (perhaps Jeggings) but haven't found the perfect ones. Any thoughts?
those were $2,050(?)...slightly above 2k. Not sure if they have 43 though...I saw 42 at heathrow airport in June so they certainly have 42....sorry I'm not very helpful.
