I definitely wouldn't carry any of these bags, but to be honest it doesn't bother me in the slightest. At the end of the day not everyone can afford (or want to pay) $700 + for a neverfull, so I think some people would appreciate having an option of the same tote style that isn't fake that serves the same purpose.

I think they are fugly. BUT i would much rather see people with these inspired LV bags (same designes but not plastered with "LV" and you know its not LV) than knock offs. I cant believe how expensive these bags are though, they are like $100+ ...they dont look worth that much $

That is soo annoying - they are total knockoffs. But you see a lot of designers copy bags--- the XOXO bags look like Dooneys. They just copy a bag style the consumers like and put their own label on it. Didn't Target sell Coach knockoffs?

*knock offs and inspired are different*. A knock off is illegal and is a bag that says the brands name or logo (a bag with LV's all over it when it is not a real LV). An inspired bag is the same style/design as a designers bag but it does NOT have any logo or brand name belonging to another designer on it. These bags are not knock offs, they do take LV styles but do not claim to be a Louis Vuitton. They are not illegal in any way. It is like many popular stores like aldo and steve madden who have styles originaly done by higher end designers, but they do not have that designers name on them or claim to be a designer shoe/bag. I dont like these bags as i already said but they arent illegal and i dont personally think anything bad about some one haveing these bags, nothing wrong with an inspired bag . now knock offs are a whole different story....

I think "inspired" is sugar-coating copying a brand name's design. As if Kia had an "inspired" version of a Jag or Mercedes, for example. They just couldn't do it :D You know they would be sued......

ITA. I don't personally like these bags, but I do think it is a nice option for people that don't want to put out the money for a real LV. This is much better than a total fake IMO. I have to say though I have never seen or heard of these before, very interesting thread..
