AMEX/PAYPAL New Stupid Rules!!

I posted this on the other thread, but thought I'd pop it in here too:

OK, I've officially decided that AMEX is on drugs. I just now sent through two payments via PayFOE using my AMEX and both transactions were approved.

Is the moon full or something??

Just curious...so did Amex take your payment? With all due respect do you have any other issues with Paypal or AMEX ????????

I spent the entire afternoon on the phone with AMEX and Paypal and asked them if there are any new rules and I was told....NO...unless the client has certain issues with either company. I asked BOTH companies to contact the Purse Forum top people since this issue is of great concern to many of who use AMEX to pay our Paypal bills. Don't know if this wil happen. BUT, I think for many of us who use AMEX to pay through Paypal this is of great concern and I thank you profusely for bringing this to our attention.
