That’s terrible! I plan to pick it up this weekend. I saw it while on vacation and the one at the first store had all this white stuff. Someone on Reddit said it’s glue. I plan to definitely ask for one from the back and to inspect it before purchasing. I’m glad they ordered you a new one.

My sister in law was interested in my "pink" V Neverfull, which sent me on the hunt for the turquoise. The turquoise suits my wardrobe better. So there they are side by side before the bag goes to her.

I love the color. I’m not one to carry a lot or use big bags often, but I think I will get a lot of use out of it for summer trips and can always just use the pochette if I need
Chouchou aka scrunchie (Murakami) I ordered yesterday arrived. Surprised it came with ribbon, panda, stickers, and Mc paper.
I picked up my white trim wicker Capucines yesterday. I also have the BB in tan trim from 2023.
