Sorry it wasn’t true love! I hope you will return it if that’s what you want - at these prices I think it should be true love! The people being banned I imagine have profiles that look “suspicious” to LV but I think for many of us here we’ve bought more or returned some that may put us over the limit and yet because we are good customers that buy a variety of things, they don’t enact a ban. They want people to be happy and to keep buying! Good luck, and sorry it was a disappointment. I know that feeling, you open the box and think “yikes, this wasn’t how I though it would be!”, coupled with a sinking feeling. If that happens to me it’s packed up immediately and taken to UPS for return!no matter how many times i look at my new neverfull, it doesn't bring me any joy.
the colors looked more intense on the internet, i will not fall in love with her. I like the escale neverfull much more.
on the other hand, I'm always afraid of being banned when I return something.
