I've seen this bag IRL and it is HUGE. If I'm not mistaken it's about the size of the RTT (Except round) IMHO it looks even less appealing carried than on the shelf. I am sure there are a couple of people who could rock the look but this would not be the majority.

this! It's so different but cool! I agree that not everyone can rock it! But i am in love w/this style...esp. in black with GGH. 
I do think it would be a bit difficult to store (esp. if you like to stuff and sit your bbags up) and to keep it's shape over time.... I love the photos of tPFer Ilovemylife who modeled it for us. It's gorgeous on her and she really rocks this style in an effortless way. Check it out below!

Ok, now I can officially say I'm not really a fan
!! It just seems a little too structured.
mmhh I must say whatever Balenciaga brings out, nothing can get past the classic motorcycle style...I dunno what it is, but just the City is the perfect bag IMO! although the sphere has the potential to look cute (as other have stated) I would muuuuch rather spend my money on another city!
maybe try out a similar shape in a cheaper bag? not as in buying a knock off, but just paying a "round" purse. IYKWIM?

The shape doesn't really do it for me. I'd dread everything migrating to the bottom or just floating around like they're in a pool. However, if somebody gave me one free gratis I would be delighted.
