They are both beautiful. I think the lapis will be stunning on you. Lapis also has the advantage of being a bit more durable than turquoise, so you can enjoy it for years to come without worry. I love both stones also, but I am the opposite of you (my favorite color is dark blue, but turquoise looks much better on my coloring). I hope you decide to get it.I love love turquoise but I’m not sure if it works on my skin tone being an fair asian. So I’m leaning towards lapis. Cos I love blue most of my clothes are navy .
Hi MarbellaI’ve tried a lapis, not alternating, from 2008, and tried the 10-motif turquoise and must say neither sang to me at all, but the pave alternating is much brighter and pops.
Would you mind sharing the price for 20-motif turquoise pave? I love, love, love this piece. However like @nicole0612, I think the lapis is more durable, and I know what you mean with the turquoise being hard to pull off sometimes. I would say it will depend on what colors you wear more.
To me lapis can look black and this almost like a neutral in certain lighting and might be an easier piece to wear with all sorts of color clothes, but the turquoise pave is so pretty on its own to look at, lol.
Good luck, great conundrum to have!
Hi Marbella
Both the Turquoise and Lapis cost usd68,354 after converting from my home currency. I don’t know if I can pull it off, cos I’m pretty casual W jeans and T-shirt usually. It’s so expensive and I don’t know if it justifies the cost. I have a WOP gold 20 motif and I still haven’t worn it. But lapis is so special.
thanks for your reply.
Gosh these are gorgeous! I don’t know which I would choose! These are the pics she sent me. She also sent me a video but I dunno how to attach.
Wow! Are these pictures of the actual pieces she has for you to chose? Since stones vary in colour. These are the pics she sent me. She also sent me a video but I dunno how to attach.

Hi, One of the reasons is that i only bought it just last month and the summer heat is putting me off having something substantial on my neck. And I wonder if the long necklace is too formal. I’ll try to wear it next week and see how I feel about it. Thanks!Gosh these are gorgeous! I don’t know which I would choose!
why haven’t you worn your 20 yet? I think if you can figure out why it will help you make your decision on if you should get either.
Yes it so pretty I swoonSuper love the turquoise. So rare too!
I think they are the actual pieces because she sent me a video of them as well and they are in store at the moment.Wow! Are these pictures of the actual pieces she has for you to chose? Since stones vary in colour.
Interesting….the TQ picture recently came up on an Instagrammer I follow and they credited a picture from July 2020. The pictures is using the wrong box for a 20. I have never had an SA send me a photo from Instagram….strange if the item is in stock and she is sending you videos….I think they are the actual pieces because she sent me a video of them as well and they are in store at the moment.
oh… ok let me ask her then because I never asked.Interesting….the TQ picture recently came up on an Instagrammer I follow and they credited a picture from July 2020. I once called Rome asking for a turquoise RdN. The SA who answered then sent me photos and videos of a piece she said was available. She also asked for deposit. Another cold call later, I found out that the photos belonged to a piece sold last summer. Needless to say, I still remember her name, but I never gave her any business.oh… ok let me ask her then because I never asked.
