May I ask where you got it? Its not easy to find McQueen bags.

I so don't mind you asking! I got the bag from the McQueen boutique in Vegas--it's inside the Wynn.

In the event that anyone's interested, this is the "general" stock that I found during my hunt:

NM in Vegas carries it in a metallic black (very subtle "sheen") to the leather, a metallic gold and a sorta pewter metallic--these are all regular leather versions. Ask for Princess--she was very nice and helpful over the phone. NM apparently only ordered 10 of the patent red as a company and they're now "long gone."

Nordy's in San Diego (Fashion Valley store) has the bag in cream leather (beautiful), gold croc-embossed patent leather (very bling!), black patent leather (hot!), pewter metallic and a few other shades.

Nordy's at South Coast Plaza (Costa Mesa, CA) had one red patent left--it's the last one in the company. Ask for Susan or ShiShi (sp?)--they're both nice.

I don't know what else the McQueen boutique carried but I know that they had one red patent left. Chad was the SA that helped me and was very nice. I highly recommend them. The only McQueen boutiques in the US are in NY, Vegas and now Los Angeles, so you could save tax by going through the boutique--just no refunds, store credit only.

I have this bag in black, I've never sen the red color before it is lovely, is it the flash that makes the red so intense or is it closer to this pair of mcqueen pumps, that I own? I do think that is bag worth collecting
