have you guys ever tried using a non-hermes diary insert for your agendas? say your vision or ullysses(sp?)?

or is it even possible? and what fits it, if it's not hermes brand?

Daytimer has refills for items that look a lot like the Ulysses notebook. I haven't tried it yet for my Ulysses, but for $11.99, it might be worth trying? I can guarantee that the paper won't be as scrumptious as H paper... the blue leather notebook shown here goes for $49.99.

WOW, that blue leather notebook looks amazingly similar to the Ulysses!

Anyone purchasing an Ulysses on Ebay should make sure that HERMES PARIS is engraved on the little snap!

Wow...my best friend told me about daytimer(she uses their refills for her LV agenda) but i couldn't find a similar Ulysse refill on the site(guess I wasn't looking hard enough..lol)...thx,birkin123

Hi everyone! The agenda on Daytimer is called the Malibu and Malibu Mini. Cust. svc. told me where the snaps are located and it SHOULD fit. Would NOT surprise me if the H-ones are actually made by Daytimer or their manuf. because they (DT) don't make the lined pages anymore and they come with the lined template for writing in the "pm" size. The larger one does come lined.:thinkin:. Unfortunately, they only make the paper refills not the photo or address refills. For what the sales tax would be on an H-refill, I'm willing to try the DT and return it if it doesn't fit. Let us know if anyone has tried this yet!
PS: the mini is $7.99 and the larger is $11.99 w/6.95 shipping.

But if you try a non-Hermes one, doesn't the agenda spit it right out across the room, and the world come to and end???

Oh, but the Daytimer paper can't be as lovely as H's. It is such a pleasure to write on H's scrumptious paper!

And I don't see how Daytimers can get away with copying the Ulysse exactly like they have done.
