The first one! It's the most feminine IMHO and not as in your face as the other two.
Though maybe that's the point? LOL! Not a watch girl but i love the first!

Right off the bat, my choice was the SS Daytona. I love that watch! I love the RG Daytona too, but the black dials on it bug me for some reason...I don't like the black face w/pink dials either. I'd totally get an RG Daytona if the face and dials were all pink. Looking at the pics though, that Daydate is gorgeous!! Hmmmm....maybe for the price of the RG Daytona you can get the SS Daytona AND the Daydate!??!

SS Daytona makes my heart skip a beat! I cannot wait to own one, hopefully sooner rather than later!There's a reason there are waitlists for this beauty!!
40mm sounds large, but I have very small wrists, and it did not look overly large. I think because it is so well made, it sits perfectly on the wrist.
The RG Daytona is gorgeous as well, but IMO, it may not be as versatile as the SS.
ITA with you about the size. I finally tried on a Daytona...I had a MK watch that looked ginormous on my tiny wrists. Although the Daytona was only 2mm less than the MK, it looked amazing. The size is deceiving...like you said, it sat perfectly. Daydates, at least on me, actually looked bulkier than the Daytonas I tried on.

Finally, I've been to my Rolex AD to try watches on me...
After explaining my wishes, my SA (who already knows me too well according BF) brought me :
- a Daytona in RG with Rose Dial
- a Daytona in WG (no SS in stock of course...)
- a Day-Date in RG / meterorite dial with diamonds / Oyster bracelet
- a Day-Date in RG / rose dial with diamonds / President bracelet
I definitely prefer Oyster bracelet links...
The Daytona in RG was gorgeous, but not me...too much gold on my small wrist
The WG was gorgeous too, and looked very very well on my wrist...
The Day-Date in RG with that dial combo was...and on my wrist

Meteorite goes very well with diamonds and RG !
I told my SA I found the price surprisingly high compared to the others : she told me the metorite dial with diamonds was the cause, but she could find me a classic rose dial with diamonds...
I declined : the meterorite adds a stone touch and compliments the diamonds en RG very well IMO.
So I decided to go for this one, and paid 50% to hold it.
She will be mine for my Bday in September...can't wait to be older this year

Definitely, there is a smoothness to the way it is made. I have seen much smaller watches look way bulkier just because of the craftsmanship, they sat up all high on the wrist and felt uncomfortable.
Do you plan on adding a Daytona to your collection?

Except the RG Daytona is actually cheaper than the RG Daydate with that dial combo, I think you are right I need both
.So RG Daydate first...and SS Daytona later
