Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased pre-loved Kelly 28 in Chevre leather. However, the top handles seems saggy and can't stand up properly. I think this is normal over time, but anyone has experienced this same problem before and any solution for this ?

Thank you so much in advance, looking to hear valuable insights from H- experts

Hi beautiful, I've recently read your posts on other topic and silently admired you on your knowledge and collection. Yes it's already authenticated and myself believe it is authentic by holding it.

That‘s a relief ❤️
I honestly don’t know what would cause that. Hopefully others can chime in, I’d love to know to and thank you for your kind words.

The first picture was how it featured on the website. The rest was taken when I got it outside after couple hours. The only reason I could think of is this bag has been on the box ( the top handle was bended a little to fit inside the package) for nearly 2 weeks. I can still feel the loose of the handle attached on the ring.

My K35 retourne in Togo has a handle that flops over. I am appreciative because I can use it for work and it fits in my locker. I can’t put my K 28 sellier in my locker because the handle stands upright and is unable to fit.

My guess is that it is due to the softness of the leather. My Epsom K28 and sombrero leather K32 are very stiff. I would be afraid to try to bend the handle. My togo K35 baby is naturally smooshy. Chèvre leather starts out stiff, but softens with time. My B30 chèvre is developing wings and a slight slouch.

I received my SO Kelly in August and it's starting to lean a bit. I personally don't mind. I can stand it up straight and it will stay that way until it's out and about and then starts to lean again.
