Advice please - Cartier Love Bracelet

I hope it works out for you. Cartier has excelent CS I don't see a problem.
You said you can slip the bracelet off, why not take it off that way?

Quick Update: We managed to get the size 16 ! The manager was a hesitant because the bracelet had been worn and scratched, but the SA emphasised it was her fault and was able to give us the size 16. Happy days !!

I had a similar issue with something I bought at Cartier for my wife. They pushed back just a little, but then gave me what I was asking for. In my case it was kind of a mutual goof, but still something I thought they should have caught.
