I'm sorry this happened to you. As a fellow San Franciscan, the uptick in crime and home robberies have been very concerning and I'm sad to see it happen to a member here.
Advice on tracking down stolen bags?

Not a particular brand but style—one with many removable shelves. Rifles are meant to be standing up in safe so you remove those hook type things and put in metal shelves that automatically come with safe.
I line shelves with the cloth dust bags then place bags.
There are hook type inserts made on sides of safe where I hang necklaces and never have to worry about them getting tangled.
Aside from safety, dust doesn’t seem to get in there like one sees in a closet.
Thanks, everyone! I really appreciate all the support. I've set up searches and alerts, contacted pawn shops and auction houses, and trying to communicate with the police department and insurance. I'm not sure how invested I can be with my time, given I have 3 small children and a household to take care of, but will stay positive and believe in karma. Are there private detectives I can hire? Is it even worth it?
It sounds like you have covered as many bases as you can. Try to be pro-active with
your stolen items from the sources you have contacted.
Hopefully something might turn up with all the alerts
