Advice on these old mine cut earrings

Both pairs of earrings are gorgeous, but I personally prefer the studs. Like BarbAga, they seem more suitable for daily wear to me. I think the dangly ones would be really lovely if they could be turned into stud-style earrings, with the stud being made using the small top diamond.
Great idea, OP! Those would make gorgeous, unique studs!!!For what it's worth we could easily convert those dangly ones into studs (the bottom stones into large studs and the smaller stones into baby studs)
I like the studs. Make a pact to yourself that if they are not what you want (color wise), you will return them. I personally love an off white diamond, and I love old mine cuts!

Erica: ahhh I can't believe you are on this forum, too! I LOVE everything you guys have, and I appreciate the offer to modify the dangles. I think the studs just call to me, though. Now to look into my budget...
radio_shrink: I think you're totally right that I just need to make a pact with myself to only get them (and keep them) if I am totally happy with them. I am terrible at returning stuff once I've worked myself up in excitement about them, though! I'm trying to enlist my bf to help me have the willpower to return them if I get them and don't seem totally thrilled. He seems kind of unwilling to participate in the process, though :-p

Wow, those are beautiful! The studs especially. Please post a photo of them on when you get them. Also JBeG is great, my engagement ring setting is custom made by them
