Advice on best hardware for Gold Birkin

Gold on gold for me!! According to your description, I'd recommend GHW.
I got my gold mini kelly in GHW and she's absolute gorgeous and not too flashy but more like subtle luxury kind of vibe (as it also goes well with jeans and T). I also got my gold kelly wallet to go in PHW, which goes well with platinum/white gold accessories.

I prefer gold H/W on Gold leather, it's THE classic and timeless Hermès combo. MY SA many years ago said to me that gold H/W is better on classic colours and P/H on more modern seasonal colours. I may not agree with this 100% but I do prefer gold H/W with Hermès classics like Gold, black, brown, Rouge H etc....

Both hardware colors are beautiful on a gold bag. It really comes down to if you want a size 25 or 30, IMO.

I have B35 phw love it for travel as it seems more casual/sporty to me, eventually will get ghw size B30 for more everyday dressy look.

Hi all, which would you choose between Gold Birkin 30 with gold hardware and Gold Birkin 25 with palladium hardware?I have tan skin with dark eyes n hair..generally gold looks better bit in this case i feel ghw looks too flashy with Gold color.Would like to hear some opinions.
Is PHW a clash with a warm color like Gold ?

You should go with what you love. The hw choice is based on one's taste and preference. Either way is fine with me. I use to prefer only gh, but now I have H in phw and rghw too, apart from gh.....and I enjoy using them all.

Dear all, thank you a ton for your replies.I have a very casual lifestyle and I'm still not sure if i can rock the Birkin, but I just love the look and roominess of it.I think it will be a size 30 simply because i need to get my hand through the handles .I have asked for a GOLD 30 with PHW.Fingers crossed.

i mostly wear YG jewelery so i’m also wondering if i look too yellow😂

Subtle luxury & a level of sophistication in your selection of B25 in Gold with ghw
& it compliments your yellow gold jewels nicely, JMO
