I received any email this morning that my bag has been shipped! I am SO curious to see it IRL and hope I like it as much as I do in the pic on the site.

I wore it to work this morning and I got my first compliment in the elevator up to my office. It's a beautiful bag, and the leather is fabulous!

My bag from Forzieri arrived yesterday as well. BUT..it's being held hostage by the manager! She was supposed to drop it off at my apartment for me (she is NEVER in the office when I'm home), so I was all excited when I got home last night. It wasn't there! I was seriously annoyed. If it's not there tonight.....arrrgghhhh!!

The shipping was quick (faster than from many places in the States!). It was packaged wonderfully. The purse is gorgeous. The leather is yummy. It's light but not thin. The size is absolutely perfect. It's really a lovely bag. BUT...the zippers suck! They do not glide smoothly at all. The top one tends to get stuck about an inch from the end when you zip it shut and you have to give it a tug. The other zipper doesn't stick but it also does not glide smoothly. Also, neither zipper zips completely shut. Which I find odd for a zipper at any quality. I've emailed Forzieri but I really would like some advice. I am loathe to return it. Will the zippers get better? Shouldn't they have been "tested"?? Ack! I don't know what to do! It was one of those instances when - as soon as I took the bag out of the dustbag - I got all excited and immediately wanted to put my stuff in it and use it. Until I tried the zippers. Sigh. What should I do?? :cry:
