I've got a dilemma and could really use some advice. I went to the boutique on Thursday with discount invitation in hand. I looked and compared and finally ended up ordering the Navy Croc Prince St. Satchel to be delivered on Monday:

I then found this beautiful Oxblood Mini Studded Edie at the outlet for 50/20:

One of them is going to have to go back. I'm just not sure which one stays and which one goes.

Any opinions are welcome! TIA!!

Well they are quite different bags. I think one's personal style will determine which they'd pick. The domed satchel is much more polished. If you dress conservatively/polished, that's probably the better choice. Or if it's meant for a business dress office. The Edie is much more casual & edgy... for a jeans kind of gal. I personally prefer the Edie because I'm a jeans gal.

I like the Prince St., personally. I like the Preston/ Cora type shape.
I think someone mentioned studs losing their color on a wallet, so as pretty as the Edie is, I think I would worry about the studs losing color too much to enjoy using it. But I might be alone in that opinion.

Both gorgeous bags, and very different. I think it depends on your outfits and lifestyle. I think the Prince Satchel looks more formal and the mini Edie a bit more casual. I would go for the Prince Satchel, only because it has a more of a classic look, which I favor on Coach bags. Love it in Navy! Good luck deciding:smile1:

I vote for Edie! I have it and love it! The leather is amazing, as are the mini stud details. Plus it's comfortable to carry on your shoulder. Good luck with your decision [emoji3]

I haven't seen either IRL yet, but just going on the pictures, I'd choose the Prince Street.
It just depends on which would go best with your wardrobe and which you love more. I'm not much help.

I am thinking about getting a Swagger. It appears to not be as structured as the Borough? I like a more slouchy bag. Does anyone have a Swagger and do you like it? Also, how do they hold up, heard some stories about some problems.
TIA:D

Likes others have said, both are different . I saw that studded Edie and it is gorgeous and edgy, casual.
I ended up getting the more structured Grammercy because I have Phoebe's.
I love all of my Phoebes and that shape but I also like to pair a structured bag with casual clothes.
Your Prince satchel may go to outlet but you would have to wait and see...
Which one do YOU think you'll be able to give up ?
I know I have tried in the past to do returns on some only to not be able to give it up at the store.
Sorry not much help but it's a tough decision.

I vote for Prince in croc, corc is very hard to do right, Coach nailed it in terms of style, color and hardware. Plus this shape is timeless, it will always be in style. Let us know which one you decide on :)

Thanks everyone for your feedback...looks like it's mixed. Lol, just like DH said it would be! :D I'm torn because I dress for the office during the week and the Prince Street satchel is perfect for that ...but I wear jeans on the weekend, so the Edie would work well with the jeans. I do have a few Phoebes, but I also have a Preston... this is really going to be a tough choice!! :confused1:

Hi~~
I could play devil's advocate and say GET Both!~~~
I love the Navy Croc Prince... I have seen her IRL... a great bag~~~
I have also seen the Studded Edie... Oxblood is a great color...

Prince would be more business like and Edie more for casual...
Good Luck with your decision!!!

Lynne :D

Well work week is 5 days vs 2 days. If you prefer the satchel for work, then maybe that is the one. I try to buy less small bags just because I can't use them for work.
