I just assumed he does it for the money. How many opportunities are coming his way?
It just speaks volumes to me about his character. I couldn't do it, not sure I could get out of my bed again.

I don’t know anyone that doesn’t know not to pick up a gun and aim it.
We teach our kids at a young age not to do that with their toy guns… he’s too old not to know better.
He should’ve been prosecuted imo.
I’m not sure how he goes on filming his reality show after taking a young woman’s life. I couldn’t… wouldn’t.
Baldwin had used guns in MANY of his other movie roles over the years. He wasn’t an ignorant novice by any means. There was an interview he did before the shooting where he practically bragged about what an expert he was with firearms. I remember finding and posting the link here but that was about a hundred pages ago. He assumed the gun wasn’t loaded but he didn’t check. The tragedy is he didn’t need to be holding a gun at that time. They weren’t filming, or even rehearsing, a scene. They were just working on blocking. He handled what I assume was a prop gun in The Hunt for Red October. I wonder if the actors had any kind of training for that movie. Like a gun camp, that it sounds like a movie/series hired Thell Reed or one of his associates to run. So actors can understand/feel how real guns handle, when they are acting on set with prop guns. It came up at one of the trials or in a news story.
Exactly. I wonder if he has to keep himself busy, moving, distracted. Otherwise he has to think about what his actions caused. It just speaks volumes to me about his character. I couldn't do it, not sure I could get out of my bed again.
He has 7 young children with his weirdo wife. Even though he’s worth millions of dollars, he still wants/needs more cash.Exactly. I wonder if he has to keep himself busy, moving, distracted. Otherwise he has to think about what his actions caused.
I read that he did the reality show to rehabilitate/humanize himself to the public. He has 7 young children with his weirdo wife. Even though he’s worth millions of dollars, he still wants/needs more cash.
Sadly, he’s too much of a narcissist to feel any guilt. I think he was being ignored by the rest of Hollywood after the accident and Hilaaaria has been desperately wanting to be a celebrity herself for years. He agreed to the tacky reality show because that is the only project he was offered.
Trying to humanize him? That’s going to be difficult. Alec's phone call to his 11- or 12-year old daughter who he calls little pig. (~9:15)I read that he did the reality show to rehabilitate/humanize himself to the public.
