thank you for all your lovely replies and i have to say achimnelly is great~ the best of all is the customer service & communication :)

i received two long emails from her already and do give me peace of mind, will definitely recommend her & hopefully purchase more from her in the near future~

oh i need to apologize for one thing:

some members have pointed out that i have been using two different names to post in the forum here last night, i do NOT intend to do that!! please forgive me!!

i was using my cousin's laptop last night (spring break) when mine was running low battery, i didn't realize i was automatically in her account already until i had posted~ i did NOT intend to do that & i have to apologize if i broke the rules~

i told her about TPF and she opened the account right away yesterday, that's how that happened :(
