Pearl and diamond earrings (mikimoto style) on a gold setting then :D ? With nude nails?
Maybe a more modern style would be best for the jewelry though, since the dress is lace pearls might look a bit too traditional?

That would be gorgeous. I am totally for the nude nails - they'll make for stunning photos of your ring and will look more contemporary than, say, a clear coat.

I think pearls with yellow are perfect, as are diamond studs, or a gold piece with MOP detail. I'm 29 and I don't think it's too "old" but that's very much based on your taste and personal style. :)

wow thanks for the responses everyone! I knew I could count on you. I went with neutral nails. Pearl earrings and small diamond studs. Undecided on the clic-clac

My e-ring is round stone with small diamonds on the side

Your dress is beautiful.
Love your jewelry ideas...but I do not recommend the click clack for this photo shoot.
It appears that you are going with classic elegant. You will look timelessly beautiful in your photos. Keep your hair simple and not too "done " and there will be no worry about appearing matronly.
I agree with nude nail. Your ring will be the focus.
You want to look polished.

Silver accessories which is your first choice would be great. But with this outfit, I think I'll go with a peach pearl earrings and I'll complement it with pink purple makeup and a wavy blonde hair up. You said it's for an engagement photo, so wearing something with other colors like pink aside from white, brown and silver will add fun to it especially on the image. Oh, don't forget to wear a bracelet too. Why not try an Executive Pink Ribbon Magnetic Bracelet. That's only my suggestion, of course, you will have the last say. Good luck on your photo shoot! ;)

Diamonds or pearls. Accessorizing for photos is completely different from accessorizing for life - you don't want "pop." Pop is going to completely distract the eye from your eyes, your smile, your interactions, and your e-ring. When I used to do engagement shoots I would request that my couples avoid stripes, pops of color, basically anything that will unintentionally ruin the images. Gold jewelry would look best, but silver and plat - and diamonds - will reflect the colors around them and look neutral. If you'd like to get creative then add texture, like stacking bracelets for example, instead of using color. And if you really want to wear your H bracelet, bring it with you but come with neutral jewelry on. You can tell your photographer that you've brought some accessories with pop and see if they inspire her for some special images.
Exactly almost word for word what i was going to say.
Especially since these are Engagement pictures, you want something classic and classy.
BTW, I have that same dress only it's sleeveless and has a bit of pearl beadwork and a cute little matching bolero jacket. I wore it for my daughters morning wedding and changed into an evening gown for the reception. It couldn't have been a better choice for me.
On my nails I wore a pearl colored polish.
Good luck with whatever you decide.
