As a formal bridal consultant, judging from the photos, here is my suggestion.
If you want to do a veil, and you still want to make your mom happy and wear the tiara, get a fingertip or elbow length veil, I would suggest just a plain 2 layer or 1 layer, and a SMALL tiara that has a comb attached to it, something tiny with a little bit of shine to offset your hair. OR you could do a full length veil and wear a diamond headband with it, it gives the illusion of a tiara and at the reception you just have to slip the veil off and you still have the awesome headband!
If you do a necklace, do something tiny, like a small diamond stud necklace or something like that. If you wanted to do a color stone like a sapphire or something just make sure it's tiny. If you do a necklace at all. My neckline on my dress was straight across and strapless. But the bodice was EXTREMELY beaded so I skipped a necklace. Delicate is the word for this!
Earrings you can go a little bit more fancy, but not too fancy, and I would suggest going along with the same pattern as the belt (which is FAB). Something long maybe, depending on your hair and veil. Or some diamond earrings that drop slightly and bring out the bling in the belt.
I'm probably as clear as mud lol!! I'm so used to talking like this with the actual accessories in my hand! I'm so sorry if I'm not making any sense!!
