Hello all!

I am need for some help accessorizing my wedding dress. It is lace and tulle A-line with a crystal belt. From this photo, I know it looks like a princess dress but I'm hoping that when it's finally finished, it will look a little slimmer vs. poofy.

So my question is-how do I accessorize it? I prefer a veil but my mom really wants me to were a tiara. Simple diamond earrings? Pearl drop necklace? I would really appreciate some input!! Thanks so much!!

GORGEOUS dress! I would say veil - i am more traditional in this sense...
I think since your dress is very fancy with lots of details (lace, crystals) already, no necklace, but definitely simple diamond studs. Or if you really want a necklace, something simpler. :)

I LOVE the dress.

I would go with no necklace, simple drop earrings and veil for the ceremony, with maybe a hair clip with some bling, depends how you do your hair. I am not big on tiaras myself.

what about a tiara with the veil that hangs from the back??? like if ur doing an updo...
b/c u have the pearl beading Id go with pearl drops no necklace! HTH... GL!!!

I would do a veil as well... Mostly because with all those sheer layers on your skirt, a long formal veil would look stunning.

I agree with PPs. I would probably do diamond stud earrings.

Beautiful dress!! I'd do a simple veil, no tiara or necklace, and either pearl or diamond studs.
Actually, I'd do pearl studs for the ceremony with a veil (LOVE pearls and lace together), then for the reception I'd switch it up and do more blingy diamond studs and maybe a flower in your hair or nothing.
Remember, it's your wedding, so go with what you love and feel most comfortable with :smile1:

Ohhhh That's a fun idea! I'll be putting my hair in an updo so an evening look with a hair clip would be fun!!

Thanks!! I love the idea of switching up my look for the evening! Actually, I have to wear a 2nd dress...which I still need to buy :P I agree, I LOVE pearls and lace. It's just so romantic!

I agree, it is my wedding, but I love my mom so I want her to be happy too!

Gorgeous gown!!! The rings are the best accessory, but a sparkly tennis bracelet would look lovely :) I wouldn't do a necklace, because the neckline is so pretty and it may look like a lot with the belt. Congratulations on the wedding!!! :cutesy:
