Mine came yesterday. Its beautiful! I might be wrong, but I don't think its made for factory because the serial number starts with an L not an F.
It was my first factory purchase and I found it interesting that it was packed FAR better than stuff purchased from the main coach site. I have noticed when I buy from coach they unwrap in, take off all the protective covering, and then throw it in the bag haphazardly. But the duffle from the coach factory came beautifully wrapped with the zipper tabs, all hardwear, and even the strapped in protective wrapping. And the whole thing was carefully wrapped in paper and then in a plastic coach bag. PERFECT condition like it was never displayed.
I have no idea why the main coach site feels the need to unwrap. If I'm buying a full price item, I prefer to buy on sites like macys.com or Nordstrom, or even zappos now because they also leave in the protective wrap.

The e/w duffle is a FP bag as zaara10 stated. They sell FP deleted bags on FOS in addition to MFF.
Mine came yesterday and it has been USED. I'm very upset about that. Worn corners, scratches, debris including hair on the inside. That is total crap that Coach would send something out like that. They should be ashamed. This is the second time I've received a clearly used bag from the online outlet. I'm hoping they can send me a NEW one. Going to call them shortly.
That's awful! So sorry to hear that. They should know better than to send something in that condition out! All my fos orders have come wrapped impeccably.
I hope you can get new one!
