It's quite possible that nothing has ever been better than Aaron Tveit singing Taylor Swift.
Over the past few months, the world has learned something very important: Aaron Tveit is awesome. The actor and singer wasn't particularly well-known before his appearance in "Les Miserables," but that has all changed. In addition to that prominent part, Tveit will play the lead in USA's upcoming summer drama, "Graceland."
If you needed one more reason to be interested, we have it here in a video in which Tveit sings his rendition of Swift's "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" at New York's 54 Below.
The result is really quite wonderful.
This is unfortunately not an official video (as evidenced by the erratic camera work and loud laughter) but is instead from the audience footage of YouTube user lalalalauraa4. But that's okay. The vocals are the real draw here. Tveit is a very good singer, after all. And the Taylor Swift tune is nothing if not catchy.
Alas, there's not much more Tveit out there yet. But you can watch his "Graceland" premiere on-demand now, and the show begins with new episodes on June 6. Until then, we will just have to bask in his Taylor Swift-ian glory.
