I've wanted to buy the scorpion pendant in yellow gold for years now, but have always struggled to find good modelling photos of it. Plus my local store doesn't stock the style at all, so I would have to order it online. I could never understand why it didn't seem like a popular style? My star sign is scorpion as well and I always thought this would be a lovely piece of jewellery to add to my collection.

There is a modeling pic of the pendant in silver here on tPF. Just do a search for Peretti scorpion. I tried on the gold pendant and I can tell you that it has a very nice weight to it.

BTW, a few of the remaining old style necklaces are in Europe.

Hope you get your scorpion.

I have a question and comment. The comment first. Did the SA perhaps send it in the pouch because the pouch is tarnish resistant, and that way of storing it would better protect it? Just a possibility.

Someone mentioned the older style necklace. This one appears to be a choker, and on their site, it comes with a chain. Which is the older style? Both are gorgeous, just curious. Thanks for your time, and again, congrats!
