Outstanding! The middle pic shows more green than blue, does the color lean that way or is it the light? And are the handles long enough for shoulder carry or is it just an arm tote/hand carry bag? The stitching is exquisite.
I have a Wanderbag in size 33. The shoulder straps are long enough even with a winter coat.

Hello Mila Jito fans.
I am considering the mirus bag (size 30, chèvre). Can anyone who owns one let me know how the shoulder strap hangs when the bag has its cute harness on and it’s being hand held please?

Most bag straps attach to a d ring so will naturally fall but on this they buckle in so I’m guessing there is less movement??

How is it to use? I wouldn’t wear a 30cm bag cross body but I do like the option of a shoulder strap for if my hands are both in use, in shops etc.

I also love the Peter Nitz newey duffle too but that is more expensive.

Not sure what you’re looking for but here are some pictures of the cross body with the straps attached. It hangs naturally for me. But I prefer using it without the strap.

PS: I wish @Mods could combine the two threads for ease of reference.

Thank you for the link. Your bag is gorgeous.

What I was wondering though is how the shoulder strap hangs when it’s not on your shoulder ie you are carrying it by the top handles but the long strap is still attached and dangling.
If that makes sense.

Ah, it falls similarly to any diagonally hooked-on shoulder straps (eg. Hermes Bolide, Vuitton Alma). Not my favorite way but that’s a personal preference.

If I had one critique of the construction: when the harness and strap is on, and the bag is handcarried, the buckle seems big and intrusive. It would benefit from smaller or slimmer buckle as the bag is quite small.

Thinking out loud: if somehow strap rings can be installed inside the bag, on the magnetic closure (like Bottega knot with chains), it would eliminate the need for harness and clean up the look considerably.

Perfect thank you. The only diagonal strap I have is on my peter Nitz dream bag and I like how that sits.

That’s helpful thank you. I like the harness as my surname starts with ‘M’ and I quite like the chunky buckle too.

I’ll go and think some more about leather and alternatives.
